Release 0.7.1 is a follow-up release on release 0.6.7, released on 2004-02-15.

New features

Some of the new features and enhancements of FreeMind 0.7.1:

  • Automatic backup of opened mind maps
  • Windows installer
  • Graphical links: Curved edge-like links connecting nodes in the same mind map
  • Clouds around nodes
  • Remembering the right or left position of the subroot nodes—children of the root
