It would be great if I could use this on my palm because I can't just "quickly" start my computer to write down an idea. Neither can I carry it with me all the time. While these pda's are exactly that.
I try to run on Treo 600 and it seems to work for a while then freezes and I have to reset the device. Also, does anyone know how to get .mm files from the computer into the palm?

Palm Vx (PalmOS 3.5) problem

During showing the splash screen it all freezes with the message:

I try to run on Treo 600 and it seems to work for a while then freezes and I have to reset the device. Also, does anyone know how to get .mm files from the computer into the palm?

Free Mind PDA and the HPC2000

I cannot get FreeMindPDA running on Superwaba on a Jornada 728 HPC 2000 Windows CE 3.0 device.

I have downloaded your Free Mind PDA archive and unzipped it to a Windows XP platform. In your "build" directory, I created a "superwababuild" directory so that I could see the resultant files from the superwaba build process.

I made the PATH = C:\SuperWabaSDK\bin\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft ActiveSync; for running batch files from the command line.

WARP

In "superwababuild" I executed:

java -classpath C:\SuperWabaSDK\lib\SuperWabaTools.jar;C:\SuperWabaSDK\lib\SuperWaba.jar superwaba.tools.Warp c FreeMindPDA "C:\Documents and Settings\...\freemindpda\build\*"

to build the PDB file.

EXEGEN

I then executed

java -classpath C:\SuperWabaSDK\lib\SuperWabaTools.jar;C:\SuperWabaSDK\lib\SuperWaba.jar superwaba.tools.Exegen /E /Z FreeMindPDA

to get the following files:

20/07/2005 18:56 158,321 FreeMind.HPC2000_ARM.CAB 20/07/2005 18:56 158,833 FreeMind.HPC2000_MIPS.CAB 20/07/2005 18:56 158,321 FreeMind.HPC211_ARM.CAB 20/07/2005 18:56 158,833 FreeMind.HPC211_MIPS.CAB 20/07/2005 18:56 158,321 FreeMind.HPC211_SH3.CAB 20/07/2005 18:57 158,325 FreeMind.PocketPC_ARM.CAB 20/07/2005 18:57 158,837 FreeMind.PocketPC_MIPS.CAB 20/07/2005 18:57 158,325 FreeMind.PocketPC_SH3.CAB 20/07/2005 18:56 158,837 FreeMind.PPC211_MIPS.CAB 20/07/2005 18:57 158,325 FreeMind.PPC211_SH3.CAB 20/07/2005 18:53 145,583 FreeMindPDA.pdb 20/07/2005 18:56 7,043 FreeMindPDA.prc 20/07/2005 18:57 575 FreeMindPDA_Install.bat 20/07/2005 18:57 367 FreeMindPDA_Install.ini 20/07/2005 18:56 <DIR> HPC2000 20/07/2005 18:56 <DIR> HPC211 20/07/2005 18:56 <DIR> PocketPC 20/07/2005 18:56 <DIR> PPC211

I installed Super Waba VM on HPC 2000 in the root directory:

\SuperWaba

After running the FreeMindPDA_Install.bat on the PC to install the CAB via ActiveSync I found FreeMindPDA installed in: \SuperWaba\FreeMindPDA

When I ran the FreeMindPDA I got a message box displayed "Superwaba error 'No Main Window object'.

The DebugConsole.txt contains:

000550 An error was found in the program being run by the SuperWaba VM.

Error: Can't initialize application

Please notify the program's author. See debug console for details (a txt in the program's folder)

000593 An error was found in the program being run by the SuperWaba VM.

Error: Can't initialize application

000560 An error was found in the program being run by the SuperWaba VM.

End of Debugconsole.txt

Can anyone help me get this going on the PDA?

Many thanks for any help given.

Pocket PC windows mobile

How can I install freemind on my pocket pc?

Errors

It do not work I use HP iPAQ rx3115, Pocket PC. I installed superwaba VM but it couldn't find some object.

Freemind on Windows Mobile

Try PocketFreeMind instead of FreeMindPDA, because PocketFreeMind is written on C# and doesn't require superwaba.

FreeMindPAD prc?

It seems to me that most other SuperWaba applications can be started using a .prc file.

The "binary" that I was supplied with here does not seem to contain a .prc file, (although it does contain a .pdb file).

So what do I need to do to get it running?
