There is a Windows installer for FreeMind.

Tools required for the compilation of the installer script:

Tool	Use	Link	Note
Inno Setup	To compile the script.	[1]
ISTool	To edit the script in a comfortable fashion.	[2]
ISX BillBoard DLL	To use the billboard feature.	?	What is billboard feature?
